However, in the event that the activation key, even after acceptance of the GTC and display of the license number, is defective or unusable due to a failure attributable to MONDIAL SERVICE EVELOPMENT (msdevelopement.org) , the customer may, within 14 days, request on the Live Chat or by email to the following address: support@msdevelopement.org, replacement by a valid key number or outright refund of the price paid.
